How Much Time Is Required To Fill My Order?
We value your support and realize time is of the essence when you need a Queen City Cookies treat. Please remember each order is custom made for you. While we will attempt to fulfill your order as soon as possible, many factors influence the speed at which we are able to complete your order. Generally, orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day. However, we request 2 days to create your order, especially during the holidays. To avoid disappointment, especially during the holiday season, please order early and allow plenty of time for the arrival of your package. We believe quality merits the investment.
Please note, in order to provide you with the highest quality product, we do not ship Thursday or Friday in warmer months. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend selecting Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery. These are the only service levels that any shipping courier guarantees. Please keep in mind, we cannot not guarantee the arrival of your product on a specific date with ground shipping.
What Days Do You Ship?
Our standard shipping days are Monday to Wednesday. During warmer months, we will only ship Thursday or Friday if you select expedited shipping. We ship Thursday only if your package will arrive in one day, or you selected overnight delivery. Of course, during the winter, we can ship Monday through Friday.
We aim to provide you with unparalleled service. Our baked goods are shipped to you with loving care and arrive within two to four days with ground delivery. The West Coast often takes four days. Please select Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery, if you need your order to arrive on a specific day. These are the only service levels that UPS guarantees. We cannot not guarantee the arrival of your product on a specific date with ground shipping.
Please note: If you order on a Friday and select 2nd Day shipping, your package will be delivered on Tuesday, not Monday. It is necessary to select Overnight shipping if you would like your package to arrive on Monday. Keep in mind, couriers will not guarantee delivery regardless of expedited shipping selections, in unusual circumstances, such as security shutdowns, or weather.
My order didn't arrive in time, it arrived the day before and spoiled the birthday surprise, or it went to the wrong address.
If you selected standard shipping, please be aware that we will not replace product or offer refunds due to early or late arrivals, shipping errors (be sure to triple check the address you gave us, and that your friend hasn't moved!) or shipping delays. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your product for a specific date with ground shipping. Shipping carriers only guarantee delivery times with expedited services.
Can I request overnight shipping?
Yes! Please note the shipping cut off of 12 noon still applies to your order. We can't rush quality, just your shipping!
What if I'm not home to receive my order?
No problem! We offer easy service and do not require you to sign for the delivery. Look for your delicious treats of buttery bliss when you arrive home. However, please note we are not responsible if your neighbor is tempted to eat your package.
How do you ship my cookies?
We spare no expense to ensure Queen City Cookies arrive safe and in style! Our custom packaging displays exacting attention right down to the smallest detail. Every Queen City Cookies order arrives in what is tantamount to a royal carriage. The exquisite, partially recycled corrugated Kraft board box is secured with our exclusively designed packing tape and sent with our signature Queen City Cookies stickers.
Inside this luxurious shipping box, our signature gift box is surrounded with FDA approved, static-free, organic, biodegradable cornstarch peanuts that decompose in water, leaving no toxic waste. Our soothing blue signature gift box is embellished with our QCC elephant. The Velcro closure on the scalloped lid allows for reuse.
Nestled inside, each product is carefully sealed to ensure optimal flavor, then identified with extraordinary colorful packaging, all perfect to gift or celebrate any occasion.

I live in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Can you deliver my package locally?
All products are available for local delivery. We have partnered with a local courier service for all residential and office deliveries Monday through Friday in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. All couriers are uniformed, non-smoking employees. Please contact us at 513.591.0022 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Delivery rates are based on location from our bakery, and level of service. Standard shipping rates do not apply for courier service.
Can I ship to more than one person on one order?
Yes, you can ship to as many people as you like in one order with one payment. However, please keep in mind that shipping charges are applied to each address, but may be paid for in one transaction.
Can you hold my order for a future date?
We welcome requests to ship your order at a later date. Take care of everyone on your list now! Just enter the arrival date for each package in the Special Instructions box -- along with any gift messages you'd like us to include on our handwritten gift card -- during the check out process. We'll take care to make sure your gift arrives right on time and in style!
International And Military Addresses
We welcome orders outside of the continental United States, including those to our friends in the military. Contact us for shipping prices. Please note all international shipping will be handled by the US Postal Service and may require additional charges.
