Superior Ingredients For The Most Discerning Tastes.
Only superior ingredients are used to make Queen City Cookies baked goods. We believe you can taste the difference. We use only the most premium ingredients available, placing a high value on local and organic materials. We're committed to simple, natural ingredients that sustain the earth and your health. Ingredients you can understand, like farm fresh eggs, rich, creamy butter, cane sugar, unbleached flour.
Our cookies' richness and texture come from our passionate use of premium Plugrá butter, European chocolate, freshly ground spices, and all natural flavor essences. Absolutely no preservatives or artificial ingredients are ever used. Our quest is to deliver the freshest, most flavorful baked goods within reach. One bite and our obsession with quality and freshness become abundantly clear. Each order is created by hand, especially for you.
How should I care for my cookies once they arrive?
Please eat Queen City Cookies upon arrival. Ok, maybe two days. Surely you can gobble them up within two weeks? Ok, want more time? Queen City Cookies may be enjoyed for up to nine months, stored correctly. For best results, our cookies should be stored in an airtight container and placed in a cool, dry place - temperatures between 60º and 65º F are best. We find cookie tins work best. However, since we use no artificial preservatives, to fully appreciate the flavor and quality, please enjoy your cookies within 6 months of purchase. And because we use no preservatives, please remove cookies from their packaging for long-term storage.
Can I refrigerate my cookies?
Please, no. And, freezers? Too cold! It's not necessary to store Queen City Cookies in the refrigerator. For optimum taste and texture, please store in a dry place in a cookie tin. Be sure to remove our cookies from their packaging before placing in an airtight container.
What’s the best way to store schnecken?
Our schnecken lasts about two weeks...but, if you feel as if you’re out of control, and might consume the whole loaf in one sitting, we completely understand. Consider ordering two, one to eat now, and one to keep for unexpected company. No judgment here.
You have some left? Wow, you have willpower! Simply rewrap, and keep at room temperature, away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate. Schnecken will last (if it doesn’t mysteriously disappear) approximately 10 to 14 days. Please do not place in the refrigerator, as it will slowly steal the moisture from the bread. To freeze for up to 9 months, rewrap and place in two freezer bags, squeeze the air from each bag, and seal. Thaw at room temperature. Do no refreeze. To reintegrate the butter, slice, then microwave for 10 seconds. Eat. Smile. Repeat!
We care about you. Your health is more important than enjoying our tasty treats. The creation of our baked goods occurs in a kitchen where wheat, eggs, milk, coconut, soy, sesame, nuts, nut oils and nut products are present. As such, please do not eat our baked goods if you have a nut, wheat, or dairy allergy.
Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony. -- Gandhi
